This healthy meat is organically raised in the Gallatin Valley of Montana and processed right here with Amsterdam meats. Note: sausage has added pork fat to aid in moisture of final product. Flavors are excellent, you will enjoy the little dance on your pallet! Alpaca is very lean and needs to be cooked like venison- medium rare for cuts and just done on everything else. The flavor is all its own, mild and sweet! We would be happy to forward you some recipes.
