Shipping and Returns

Shipping typically happens within 2-7 days, but due to the handmade nature of our products, we receive new shipments from our mill and artisans every 1-2 weeks. Sometimes you maybe waiting for wonderful alpaca for 3 weeks. We will notify you if we expect a product to take longer that 14 days to arrive.

We do sell out of popular products and could ask you if you would like to substitute for a different color option or etc. We will always ask! Substitutions could be made if we do not hear from you within 72 hours.

Returns and Exchanges:

Exchanges are gladly made on new, never worn product at our store in Red Lodge. Items must be returned in new condition and we will be happy to exchange your item. Shipping charges may apply.

Returns on special ordered or custom items are only accepted on products that arrive damaged. This applies only to our souvenir items only. NO Returns on all other items, only exchange as stated above. You are responsible for all shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee could apply. Notify us within 7 days and return items to our store.
